so today i went and returned my coil uvb and called my other pet store about a reptisun 10.0, they told me they had them so i went in and they didnt have them, they have more coming thursday, but im without uvb in his cage, but every day i let him out side in a outdoor terrarium for a couple hours is that okay till thursday?

Yes it'll be perfectly fine.

Yes, the outside light will provide plenty of UVB. Just pay close attention to temps to make sure he doesn't get too hot in a tank outdoors.
