Light in room at night

When my beardie's lights turn off nightly, should I turn off or at least dim the main light in my room for her? I'm somewhat of a night owl so I tend to stay up later than she does. I also want to make sure that if I'm doing something noisy like playing a game, should I plug in headphones or just turn down the volume? I just want to make sure my beardie isn't potentially losing sleep because of my own habits.

As long as she has a hide she can retreat to (if she wants to) then I wouldn't worry about it too much. My enclosure is in my living room and lights and sound from the room haven't seemed to bother any of my dragons. That said, she may have a different reaction, so keep an eye on her after lights out and see if she just doses off or if she gets restless and shows signs of being bothered. If she does, then you can make some adjustments accordingly if need be.
