basicly my adult male beardie is always aloud to roam free in my room with the door closed and always like to sit in the same spot when he is out

would it be ok to let him stay where he is untill he wants to move back in on his own (overnight) or should i just put him back and play it safe?

well my opinion is that *stuff* happens- stuff you may not anticipate… and he could be caught in the crossfire. once he's settled in for the night, he won't know the difference anyway, so why not be safe and take good care of him by putting him up?

He'll get over the mouthy phase shortly as long as you keep firm with him. Just don't let him get away with stuff. I had to do it for Jace. He would gape at me and on occasion he would hiss. I used to make him spend time with me to show him a) I mean no harm and b) he won't get his way with bad behavior. He was smart and stopped after a week and a half. Even when he has his maddest and worst days now, he never tries to bite me and instead looks for a cuddle. Hope that helps. :D

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
