I want to start this topic so people can come here and see were to order from. Tell us about were you ordered from there web site and about your good experience with that company and how your order arrived and the condition it was in. I think this is essential to everyone because the price of feeders at any pet shop is just ridiculous :angry5: :protest: :protest: and the wholesale price is several times lower. And if you are like me and have 3 beardies it can be hard to afford feeders. Anyone short of some one who has money just laying around should take part and helping people afford these wonderful creatures. :study: :study: :study:

I'm a big fan of Mulberry Farms for worms & crickets. I'm switching to roaches but their cricket packaging was the easiest to transfer without having to touch the wicked little buggers, and there were no DOAs. Their butterworms are always huge & fat, and again are securely packaged (I have ordered elsewhere & had open containers in the mail & dead butters everywhere :angry5: ) They're also generous with their overcounts, & everything arrives quickly after ordering, even though I'm in New England. :blob5: Love'em!

For dubia roaches you can't beat Ian at The Roach Ranch http://www.theroachranch.com

Competitive pricing, free shipping 6 days a week, the biggest roaches. He'll select specific sizes for you at no extra charge (i.e. small mediums). Service is outstanding, great packaging. Can't say enough good things about the place!! I've ordered 4 separate times so far, and just started my colony - I've had my 'colony' group for 2 weeks and I already have babies.

Depends on how soon you want to have babies you. If you want to start breeding right away then you
Will need to buy mostly females (full grown) and a few males. If you want feeders to buy a good mix so you
Don't draw on your breeders

That's exactly why I recommend Ian!! If you email him and explain your needs, he'll figure out what you need, and give you some options.

I started by ordering smalls and mediums for my six month old dragon as feeders only. Then once I realized he liked them, and I got used to seeing them, I decided to start a colony. Ian offered me two different choices as a "single dragon starter colony"... I can't remember the option I didn't choose, but the one I got I think is 25 females, 10 males and 50 large mixed nymphs. I've had them for about 2 weeks and they've already started having babies. Email Ian at [email protected], tell him Sue sent you, and he'll fix you up!!

That's what I did first to ensure that Brady would eat them. I ordered from Ian at the RoachRanch and have had an awesome experience. Great customer service and when my order got held up thanks to the worst snow in MD. He kept in touch and even tracked the order for me when I couldn't. I ordered 25 ct smalls and there was a great amount of overage in there. I'm holding out for the stupid weather (more snow) to blow over before I order again. I don't want to chance things again.

Just got my second order from Ian at The Roach Ranch. Couldn't ask for better. In both orders not one DOA.
I also got a starter kit from him that included the screen, food, and water. Roach Ranch gets my vote 100%.

Just wondering if anyone has used Carolina Pet Supply LLC. There prices seem to be pretty good there I can get Blatta lateralis 1000 roaches for $24.95. All togather there prices are the lowest I have seen.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
