lethargy, swelling

Hello all.
I've only had my beardie, Bowser, for a couple of months now. He usually eats his veggies voraciously and will eat as many supers as I'll let him, but he has been lethargic and lost his appetite for the past couple of weeks. Normally I would just chalk this up to brumation, but he has had one or two servings of supers with no poo afterwards. In addition, he has a strange, slight swelling beneath his left eye. Since he has not been very active, I can't see how he would have hurt it by bumping into something, and I'm worried it may be sign of some type of infection. It may also be my imagination, but he just seems a little underweight. (Then again, my last beardie was very overweight, so perhaps I don't have a good comparison. Please see pics below!)
Again, I would normally just say "brumation!" but this really isn't the time of year for it, and I live in southern florida- plenty of sunshine and high temps. Any thoughts? Am I just overreacting? Could it be some type of parasite?
Background: Reptisun 10.0 UV lamp- NOT a coil (this type worked fine with previous beardie, lamp was replaced before introducing Bowser,) 50 gal long tank, tile flooring, basking temp: 95*F Cool side: 75*F. All items were thoroughly cleaned before Bowser was introduced. Diet of kale with sprinkling of vitamin and calcium dusting ~2 times a week. Insect diet of superworms, but he also recently had hornworms.
I don't really consider this an emergency yet, so I'll keep it in the health thread. In the meantime, I plan to give him some warm baths to induce poo, and maybe some repti-vite to stimulate his appetite. (But if he's not pooing, I don't want him to eat more, so maybe I'll just stick with the bath.)

I would certainly consider this attention for a veterinarian.

Lethargy, especially in combination with some time of swelling around any area of the body, should be a red flag. Reptiles are great houdinis with health and will usually not show symptoms of concern until they can no longer conceal it.

Your assumption may be correct - it could be some strange bacterial infection. However, swollen eyelids or areas around the eye can be symptoms for numerous things, such as things that I can currently think of at the top of my head like parasites (internal or external), vitamin A deficiency, viral problems, etc.

He otherwise appears to be an okay weight (but I cannot really see the rest of him in these pics).

Hey, thanks for the feedback. I was able to take him to the vet today and apparently, Bowser is old. Really old. Like, ancient. (He was a rescue, so I've only had him a few months.) Possibilities include: 1.) Parasites- but with no poo, its hard to check for 2) infection- he'll be getting two antibiotics once a day and eye drops twice a day 3) kidney failure and general old age- not much to be done about that!
In any case, it was definitely a case for the vet. We'll be hoping the infection subsides, but if not, I'll be happy knowing I gave this old guy a nice place to live out the rest of his days in peace.
