Lethargic, possibly impacted?

I'm still relatively new to beardie keeping, and I have a 6 month old, 16 inch long male beardie named Collin.

Recently he has been very lethargic, staying in his hide at the warm end and sleeping. He won't eat, hasn't pooed for about 4 days (normally goes daily) and is generally not himself. He's always sleeping, even when I place him under his basking spot.
The reason I think he may be impacted is because I went away for a week and left my mum to look after him. He had around 750 calci worms and a couple hundred dubia to last. He ate all of the dubia but my mum mistakenly believed the black worms were dead and so disposed of them. She went to Pets At Home and under the advice of a staff member, bought mealworms for Collin and so he was fed on them for the remainder of the week. He hasn't pooed since he was fed them. I've also now made sure that my family know how to properly care for him since this incident is my fault really.

The setup I have is a 4'x2'x2' vivarium. I use an Arcadia 12% UVB tube that he can get to about 5 inches close. The hot end is about 90-95°F with the basking spot 105-110°F. The cool end is 80° but drops to 75° under the hide. The flooring is tile so no risk there, and he gets bathed once a day with multi vitamin twice a week and calcium dusting 4 times.

There are vets I can take him to if needs be but they don't specialise in herps. The vet I saw told me that dragons couldn't get worms so there was no point for a faecal test. I did get one done eventually and it's all clear. As a result of this I was hoping that maybe a few members on here would have some suggestions.

Thanks :)

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
