Just curious I haven't been able to read what I was thinking many places I have been purchasing crickets for the past two years. I rescued three adult leopard geckos these past couple years. In August of 2010 I decided to start my own future colony so I purchased about 100 extra small and it's been four months and they have been maturing. There in a class aquarium covered with construction paper on the outside and a heating pad attached to the bottom side in the low nineties. I do have a special needs gecko that is fed by hand because she cannot catch her free but I was wondering if anyone has any experience. Cutting up the roaches into pieces to give to smaller reptiles. At least a full grown ones. When I first purchased mine my plans work to let them mature and start breeding on their own and feed off of the second generation. But I don't want any Males to go to waste. So I was thinking about chopping them up and pieces preferably in four down the center and then in half. Because I know of two of my geckos would eat the pieces. Please any suggestions or hopeful information would be greatly appreciate.
