Legs/feet getting darker during shed?

Hello! I've only had my dragon for about 3 weeks now, and she's shedding for the first time with me. She's about a year and a half old.
I'm unsure if it's normal or not for a shed to do this or if it's a different concern or a concern altogether, but her back legs are getting darker. The skin on her legs hasn't she's because yet FYI I think it's just getting ready to.
The first picture is the day I got her.. look at her feet. (She's missing three toes because when she was a hatchling her siblings were mean).
The second picture was taken today. Her amputated foot and leg has gotten darker, while the other leg has also gotten a bit darker. You can see some black dots in the tub behind her, I gently scrubbed her with a soft bristled tooth brush and that's what came off.. unsure if it's poop, other grossness, or stuff that shouldn't be coming off...

Pretty orange dragon. Colorwise, everything looks fine pertaining to shed. The feet may be a bit poo-stained. As you bathe her over the next week or so, gently stroke those areas with a toothbrush to see what else comes off.
