leg movement?

I have noticed in the last few days, Thor(a) my 16 wk old female Beardie, has started some weird leg movement?
She will be laying on her basking area, and will lift her left leg, and almost rotate it like she is doing the front crawl, and then alternate the other leg. She will do it a couple times and then stop?

ANyone else ever seen this? she is still climbing, running, and jumping as usual, I don't suspect an issue but was wondering?

What kind of UVB light are you using? The reason I ask, is we used a Repti-glo 10.0 once & it caused some really strange reactions, but when I switched to a power sun, those strange reactions stopped. I've never heard of that reaction, though.

we have a 55 gallon 48l, 13 wide and 24 tall, with repti sun 10.0 on either side, and a 150 watt basking light in a flukers dimmable clamp lamp.
its just the last 3 days i have seen her do it.
she has done it while up on the basking rock, which is roughly 6.5-8 inches(depending on location) from both the repti sun bulb and basking light.
and she does it while on her food dish, which of course is 20 or so inches from her repti sun bulb.

I agree, it sounds like you're describing her doing an arm wave. My female does it all the time.

thats what i have been calling it.. i told my DH that i thought she was trying to get my attention because if i go near the tank when she does it she gets excited..
so its normal?

Yes it's normal. It's a behavior that is extremely common among beardies that is a sign of submission.
