Leftover shed stuck on eyelid.

I was wondering if you someone had any advice on the best way to help Ember remove some shed that is still on her eyelid. Today I noticed she was blinking oddly and noticed what appears to be leftover shed on her eyelids. I gave her two baths today and splashed her face. As you can see in the photo the black speck on the bottom lid washed off but the other ones are still there. She would appreciate any help. Thanks.

I don't know if others would recommend this, but I just wet a soft cloth (like T-shirt material) and gently rub the area. They close their eyes, and usually it comes off the first or second try. If not, I try again later.

I tried holding wet cloth on her eye but did want to rub it since it is on the inside part of the eyelid. When she shuts her eye it gets pinned between upper and lower lid. I put a drop of distilled water on her eye and will leave it alone for now since it could irritate her eye the more I mess with it.

How is the eyelid looking?
Is her eye finished shedding now? A qtip is a good idea. You can do some extra bathing for humidity which usually helps retained shed.
Sometimes it takes awhile, but eventually the shed will come off.

Embers eyelid is finished shedding and is no longer bothering her. I just gave her multiple baths to help her.
