Leaving front enclosure open?

Right, so some background:
I've had my bearded dragon for about two months now.
Her 50 gallon tank sits on a deep window sill in my room. It's one of those where you sit in the nook of the window as a reading spot; her tank fits perfectly there.
Recently, I moved my bed right next to the tank, so that it is flush with that deep window sill, and so that when the tank is opened, she can essentially just crawl right out of the front-opening enclosure and onto my bed, considering I don't use the top to open it by. I really enjoy leaving those doors open and letting her come and go as she pleases whilst I'm reading or studying or just relaxing, but I wonder if this is bad for her? I know it lets some of the heat out of the tank, but I only do this for 1-2 hours out of the day, usually before bed, otherwise the doors are closed.
The temperatures usually stay at about 80 on the cool side and 95 on the hot side while I have them open.
Is it bad for me to do this for an hour or so every night? She's just a juvenile, so it helps us bond I believe, but I would stop doing it if it meant it were bad for her. Thank you!

Off topic from your question, but I wouldn't keep the tank near any windows. It can really mess with your temps (solar radiation, drafts, etc).

As long as you are not falling asleep with her nearby or presenting any danger, an hour or two should not hurt anything.

I leave the enclosure for Charlie open regularly...he loves sitting by my back patio doors (which is cold, so I have no idea why LOL), but my cats and dog give him a wide berth  As long as you are aware of where your beardie is, and that your beardie is safe, it's all good.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
