Laying flat in hand

I know I have a question every day but my first guy was tame and loved to be held and Fritz doesn't yet. I'm trying to get him use to me by sitting, sleeping, eating and everything minus using the bathroom next to his tank and I hold him a couple times a day for a few minutes a time because I usually have to catch him and don't want him stressed too much. Tonight, I was holding him, he ran down my arm, did a circle and laid flat. Is this a happy action or is it bad? Pics are of him laying flat. I held him a little longer, then let him back in his tank.

Well if he was relaxed as indicated by the absence of rapid breathing and his colours glowing brightly he was happy and fine.

If he was breathing rapidly, he was stressed and no happy.
