Hey,
I've been wondering lately if I should be expecting my 3 years old beardie to lay empty eggs. I've search the internet and it seems that most beardies do. My other lizards do; I get about 10 empty eggs every spring, but my beardie never did. And I am 100% sure she's a female. :p

So my question is:

Is it irrevocable that a female beardie lay empty eggs at a certain moment of her life?

If so, at what age would she start laying them?

if the temps are just right a female can produce eggs and obviously they will not be fertile lol but yea they will be "empty" if tht is wut u mean. and around 2 years old that can start to happen from my experience.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
