Kazi's bath time... lots of pics

Poor Kazi.... I added a new twisted vine to his viv and, in protest he decided not to poop for 2 days (in retrospect, the vine was positioned over his usual pooping place). Instead he laid sprawled out on the floor with his back legs in 'sleep position' for hours on end. So, tonight, a bath was most definitely needed so I got a few snaps of him enjoying a little swim!

WOOT! I havent had my Kazi fix in ages.
What a little monkey he is scaling those vines. Thats why Im having NONE in Miso's viv. Shes grown so much she is about a cm away from reaching her UVB tube now when she jumps :shock:

Great pictures. Love his monkeyness. He has a nice enclosure. Had to laugh that he wouldn't poo because of the added plant. LOL

Kazi suffers from serious relocation stress - more commonly known as 'Im going to be a brat' syndrome - any excuse to play up really! lol!

Hehe..... when he first moved in, it was him, a log and a rock. Then, gradually, as he got 'bored' of his house, I added things to keep him amused and allow me to have a few 'days' of sanity instead of worrying what he was scheming in there next! lol!

I guess thats what it is.... and it was the biggest mistake ever!!! LOL!!! Kazi, happily rolls it upside down every day - im still not sure how.... but hes so attached to it and last time I took it out to give him a much better log, he took it very badly.... Im not prepared to return to that grumpy era! lol! And yes, im all the way across the pond so cant help with suppliers BTW, your beardie looks so cute peaking out of her log!!!

And you think that will stop her?? lol! Kazi has burned himself twice on the uvb tube and smashed 2 of them with his monkey antics - thats why I HAD to get a mega-ray. Even when I covered his bamboo wall with shiny aquarium background he still found a way to get up there. Once, when I gave him a new log, he jumped at the back wall and literally missed frying himself on the basking bulb by about an inch!! It got so bad at one stage that we couldnt leave him unattended with the lights switched on!!

You know,I just looked at those pics of his monkeyness and I actually cant believe he used to be that tiny!!! They grow up so fast!!! Will get more pics soon - its his first birthday next weekend so I def have an excuse to get the camera out
