so i went to walmart the other day to look for collards, mustards, or anything good and healthy for bogey to eat... when i didnt find anything i was kinda upset, so i bought a big bag of kale because i heard that they can eat that from time to time.. im just worried though because it is high in vitamin a and i dont want him to get vitamin a toxicity, so i was wondering.. how often can i feed him this crap? cuz he loves his green everyday. hes getting older so i've been feeding him greens a lot, pretty much once a day, and i give him crickets for a big meal, and freeze dried crickets as a snack through out the day... yeah he is a spoiled little brat lol. but basically what i was asking, is it ok to feed him kale for a few days in a row? i just want to make sure they are safe for him. i will appreciate any advice! thanks alot guys. 8)
