Juvenille beardie... Need help fast!!!

My beardie is about 4 months old and today while I was holding her, she would occasionally start shaking, well, twitching really. She has also been very inactive today. Can someone please help me!!! Has this ever happened to anyone's beardie and will she be alright?

What type of UVB light do you offer? (Brand name?)
How much/often do you offer calcium supliments?

what size is the enclosure?
Does he get direct exposure to his UVB light or is there glass/plastic/screen between the light and the dragon?
How close can he get to his UVB light?
