Juvenile feeding

I have a quick question. Ever since he was little, I’ve been feeding my beardie 3-5 times a day with live crickets and I would leave a bowl of fresh veggies in 24/7. He loves his veggies, always has, and he could eat a million crickets if we let him (he’s not underfed or overdoes, he’s a healthy weight I promise!). My question is, he’s still young, but I know he has to transition to adult meals at some point. I know that some people, at this age, will give their beardies one feeding of veggies and the rest live bugs. What is recommended? I’ve heard so many things, I don’t know what to follow! I was going to start transitioning when he got a little older (he’s about 5 months old), but I was wondering if it would be okay for the one feeding of veggies, then two or more feedings of life buds. He is still a young dragon - he will need his bugs 2 times per day if hes eating them --- you can feed as many vegies as you want if hes eating them - how big are the bugs ? Mine is a little over 6 months old and is eating vegies 1-3 super worms per day about 10 5/8 inch roaches some BSFL about less than a handful all put in a glass dish at different times usually the BSFL and supers and vegies together first thing in the morning - roaches come later as I want him to eat his vegies too so w/ him eating all that hes only being fed 2 times and then he sometimes does not eat all the roaches I give so I know hes eating enough as they will stop when they are full-- roaches are more filling than crickets -- poor guy has been in constant shed for a few weeks now ---
