I was wonering i've heard a few say that they not only add some of these to the salad for their dragons but they feed the crickets with them. Is this done by wetting them still or by crushing them into powder like or just tossing them in there with the crickets. I have a huge jar full that he won't touch with his salad so I was trying to find a way to use these up.

Indeed, I was glad to be able to use those darned expensive pellets... at least the crickets like 'em!

I place mine in a small bowl, and wet them. Change them out every other day or so. The crickets crawl all over the bowl and apparently, enjoy...

The best,
Em

I have used them with my babies....and just left a small bowl in their viv with them...and I thought they never touched them...just crawled through them...but on many occassions I find them eating them throughout the day. Maybe it just takes them awhile to adjust to them. I have also gotten the larger pellets for adults and my adult will eat them occassionally. I usually just use them if I have run out of stuff...and put some in his viv til I can get to the store...and he does eat them. Although he seems to only like the green one  (there are green, red and yellow ones)

I used to just put the pellets in dry with my crickets and the crickets would eat them like that.

Ok so i'll go with a mix of the two. I have one dish on one side with dry pellets and one dish on the other side with wet pellets. We'll see what they do with them haha.

I've had a jar of pellets since we first got Blaze. I wound up feeding 80% of them to the crickets, which I found funny - but nutritional for the crix. I stopped feeding them and switched the crix to something different. So.. about two weeks ago, I put a few in a small bowl in Blaze's tank - and lo an behold, she started eating them. She doesn't eat many of them, but I've started keeping them in her tank for those times where she might want a snack between meals. *shrug* Who knows, but at least they won't go to waste. I will get some repcal pellets when these are done, I guess...

Repcal is what I have and he doesn't seem to care at all for them. He'll pick his greens around them and i'll have the same amount of pellets left in the dish and all the greens gone. Picky little guy haha. But I also noticed his favorite green is Kale he seems to always pick that out first and the remainder of the day he'll snack on the rest, he knows what he likes apparently

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
