Just want a checkup on my juvenile bearded dragon

I jsutw anted to run through everything to make sure my bearded dragon will be ok. His name is Neegan he's a male he's about 4 1/2 months old I believe, he's 13" , he barely moves in his cage but he is very active when i hold him, he eats 20 adult crickets(10 morning and night) a day and some mealworms, he has a reptisun 10.0 fluroscent uvb bulb, his basking temps are ~113 f, coolside is around 75f. He sometimes lies down with his limbs almost fully extended and he sometimes lies down with one of the palms of his hands faced up so im not sure if that is normal. Vitamin powder 2 times a week. calcium & d3 every day, no crickets on tuesday only salad but he never eats it.
I just want to know if all is good.

Sounds good, other than the mealworms and no bugs on Tuesday part. My beardie, Loki, also basks with his 'palms' up, so I'm pretty sure there is nothing wrong with it. What thermometer are you using?

It's a temp gun idk what brand i dont have it with me but it had 4 1/2 stars on amazon so i bought it
