Just need someone to clarify

Ok. I've been hearing a lot that the red lights for night time are bad for bearded dragons which I've never heard before and that's what I was taught. So. My question is if my bearded dragons sleep fine with the red light it does not bother them whatsoever is it okay that I am using the red light for night time?

Why do you feel it's necessary?

Everything I've read said that it disrupts their sleep. If you're not watching them all night you probably won't know how much it disrupts them. I'd just get rid of it, personally - better safe than sorry.
