Just Brumation or Something More?

My beardie, Soul Patch, has been acting wonky lately. I can understand if he's going through brumation, but I just want to make sure that's it.

He sleeps a lot more - if I don't pull him out of his hide, he'll stay there forever. If I wake him, he's lazy but himself.
When he is out, occasionally I'll see that he has a black beard for zero reason.
He has zero interest in greens or any veggies. He will, however, eagerly eat worms/roaches.
He has not had a bowel movement in nearly a month.

This is what concerns me though - his last bowel movement was bloody. I had him to the vet, and he says no parasites or unusual lumps. Unfortunately, since he hasn't gone again, there's nothing to test further. I gave him some butternut and olive oil by syringe on Sunday, but nothing yet.

Is this just brumation, or is there something else going on?

The behavior sounds like brumation to me. I'd be a bit concerned about the black beard because that usually indicates something is bugging him. Not necessarily bad, but something to flag in your mind. How is his weight? Has he been maintaining it for the most part?

No noticeable weight loss. Even seems to have gained some between my last weighing and the vet.

I've been aware of the black bearding. Probably twice in the past month, where he had no cause for black bearding. My roommate joked that he has nightmares or works himself up thinking.

No weight loss is good and again consistent with brumation. Based on that, I'd try to wait it out. Wake him up for a bath once or twice a week and let him do his thing. I do also think they have nightmares and dreams. I see them flail in their sleep sometimes the way a dog or person would. Makes me wonder what is going through their heads.

I've had this problem in the past take the hide out of your viv altogether and after a few day you should see a difference they seem to lay up in the hide all day and they don't get the benefit of the light and heat and seem to go lafargic

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
