So last night I brought home a six month bearded dragon. Ever since I brought my beardie home, it won't eat anything! Is it from stress? Because of the big change? I've held him twice and Nugget doesn't seem to mind, but I'm worried about him not eating! So what should I do? Should I not hold him for a couple days? Should I keep offering food even though he won't eat it? Help!!

He's a good looking little hatchling.

Most likely going through relocation stress. He'll likely be eating you out of house & home this time next week and working on training his new slave.

Is OK to handle him if he is not stressed by the experience , though it's wise to keep the handling to a minimum (ie getting him out to clean his viv, maybe handfeeding / bonding sessions (works very well at creating a nice strong bond with a lizard). If he backs off , don't chase him or force the issue, give him the space he wants.
They come around when they are ready.

But JIC there are issues with his viv , because many noobs get bad advise from the seller and talked into buying kits containing inappropriate / bad lights etc it's worthwhile working through my cheatsheet methodically , here it is :

it's very likely any problems with the husbandry and or the viv set up will pop out at you.

Yes, keep offering food frequently. Do not leave livefood in the viv uneaten as they will bite.

Its normal to have reduced appetite due to relocation.

Meanwhile, make sure your temps are ok with a digital thermometer snd that you have a tube uvb light.

Getting tenps and uvb wrong can prevent good digestion and appetite

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
