Can someone let me know how to create a blog in Dexter's name? When I go to create a new blog post, I created it, and it stored the whole blog as My Pets... I wanted to be able to call the whole blog "Dexter's Den" or something similar, but cannot see where to create a category of that name...

You can change the name of the blog via User Control Panel, Profile tab, then select "Edit profile" from the four available choices. Then somewhere in the middle, you should see Blog Title:. That's where you change "My Pets" to whatever you want.
