Just a few questions

First, I'm having some trouble finding a good staple as there are no good petstores around here. Would calciworms be a good staple for him? if so, where can I find some that arent so expensive like the ones im finding? Crickets are too expensive for a staple but he deffinetely eats them. he'll go through 35-50 in 10 min. He's only about 8 inches

Second, I'm in the process of building the floor and a basking spot for his cage. I've heard of some people using tile at the bottom of the cage but I can't get around how cold the tile would get. Could it get cold enough to cause harm or am I over thinking?

Third, the other day I was playing with puff and it started to seem like his tail was having a muscle spasm or something. It bent in all different directions and started thrashing around each time he took the smallest step. then he kinda looked over his shoulder back at his tail like wtf just happened. Anyone ever heard of this?

lol maybe. I gave him a bath then took him straight outside to sunbathe and he started doing it.
