I recently adopted a new dragon, age unknown, and it has been a challenge. My dragon Simon is always laid back, loves baths, has a fascination with buttons, eats his greens with no problem, AND hunts like a champ.
Juniper on the other hand hates being soaked, and held and most worrisome she doesn't like to eat unless she's "hand-fed"
If I'm not holding her food out to her in a small cup then she won't eat it. I had thought at first her eating troubles were from being moved to a new home but she will eat just fine if the food is held out to her but she won't do the work to hunt down crickets herself.
Does anyone have some helpful advice. It's not that I'm not willing to hand feed her, it would just be nice if she would hunt some crickets down to eat and get some movement.
