Izabella won't poop!

Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone can give me some answers. Izabella has been in a "semi-brumation" since mid November. She is still quite inactive and likes to sleep and lay around. She has been eating about 1-4 roaches a day with an occasional blueberry or pea. Her size/weight remains consistent. She pooped a few weeks ago with my help of a warm bath and belly rub... however, she hasn't went since then. I have tried to give her a bath but nothing happens. I have tried to let her run around and get some exercise but since she hasn't been as active she doesn't run around much. She is only around a year old... I'm just getting worried that her body is building up feces... I wish she would just go already so that I don't have a panic attack!!! Any tips or advice on helping her go to the bathroom?!

I know you can give your beardie a couple of drops of oil, either vegetable, olive or even flax seed oil mixed in some applesauce. Put it in a syringe or plastice eye dropper and drop it on the tip of its snout. Your beardie should lick it off. I am not sure exactly how much you should give, but there are other posts on here about impaction. Reading them might help. I hope she goes soon.

Thank you so much for the reply! I have thought about impaction... I just don't know what from because her substrate is tile. I will look into the oil and applesauce. Thanks!
