I've got a cold

So I'm sick(a minor cold) and I have my fiance taking care/feeding Dilly for me! Now I'm aware of zoonotic disease, so I rather be precacious about contact. But I would like to hear what other beardie owners do when they fall ill themselves. I don't know if I'm being nuerotic but I'm very inteested in your experiences! Thank-you

I've never worried about passing a human virus to a beardie. I've been raising them for 6 years & I've never had any incidence, so I wouldn't be concerned. They can't pass their viruses to us, either, as far as I know. But just in case, wash your hands in warm water & soap before & after handling him, that should cover all concerns!
