I haven't noticed it before just now, but I took him out to give him a bath and after his bath he started coughing. He was being silly and thrashing around a bit in the bath, so I thought maybe he inhaled some water (sort of like when something goes down the wrong tube for us? Can that happen?)... but now I'm kind of worried that it might be a respiratory infection. The humidity has been ridiculous in my city the last few days and it's at 70% in his tank right now, but there's not a lot I can do about it - It's just the environment.
It's not impaction (probably) because he's on placemats (yeah, I know, weird... he's waiting for the tiles to be cut). I don't have the money to go to the vet until at least next Thursday... ugh. I hope he's okay.
