Is this yellow fungus?

I'm starting to worry about my 7 month old beardie named Pixel. She has these yellowish markings on her belly. Pixel does not do well shedding on her own due to a past injury but is also quite aggressive so it's hard for me to help her. I don't know if this is the beginning of yellow fungus or if it is an old shed?

Any ideas?

left is with flash right is without. the black hands are gloves i use to hold her since she destroys my hands.
