Is this unhealthy for my beardie??

Every morning his lights go on at 7:30 and I am either up or get up shortly after around 8. The concern is that my dragon will lay in his hammock forever. It seems like If I didn't move him out of it I don't know if he would even get out! Sometimes i move him early but half the time ill let him on his own and he will sit there till 9:30 Then at night at around 6:15-6:45 (lights out at 7:30) he will just go sit in his hammock and slowly get angrier as the lights are on with him wanting to go to bed early. But he is only on 12 hours of light as it is!

Hold old is he? He could be getting sleeper because he's getting ready to brumate. That, or he's just a lazy dragon! :roll: Mine does the same thing and I've taken him to the vet twice in the past 5 months and he's got a clean bill of health both times, so I'm pretty sure he's just lazy most of the time! If your really concerned you could always take him in for a check up and fecal, just to be sure he's not lethargic due to an illness.

I was thinking brumation as well but he is only 8months, I'm beginning to think he is just a lazy @ss too!

At 8 months they can brumate. It's less likely, but at that age its still possible.

well if he is trying to brumate im messing up then? cause once i awake him hell bask for a lil bit usually then he eats greens and basks more then il throw in some crickets, just did actually, and he ran around his cage chasin em all down , so im leanin against brumation a lil bit

He could be just starting to slow down. And no you're not messing up! As long as he's eating and still basking some then I think you're right, he's probably just lazy. lol
