Is this Tail Rot? Help!

Hi, I've started to notice the end of my 4 month old dragons tail getting a bit dark, he is shedding at the moment but still not taking any chances. I've got pictures of the dark area and would be very thankful of your opinions before taking him to the vet. Thanks

Hi there....his tail is O.K., just going in to shed. Some beardie's tails get even darker as they get older, even without shedding. What you would look for is a pinched, skinny end, or a red/pink irritated area. It's always good to post pics here like you did, for peace of mind.
