Is this pre shed or tail rot?

I'm trying to figure out if this is pre shed or tail rot? She's only shed once since I've had her. I've had her for about a month. She's roughly 9-10 inches long, and has doubled in size basically. I'm praying her tail is about to shed but more and more tail day by day is turning that grey color.

That is shed--- your dragon is growing -- it if was tail rot it would be black--- tail rot is caused from injury or a cage mate biting it or improper diet can also cause tail rot ---

Thank you so much! Just a concerned beardy owner. We love her already. She has proper lighting, temp, humidity. I did a bunch of research before my purchase. The only thing she may eventually need is a bigger vivarum. She's in a 40 gallon breeder for now.
