My baby beardie RaJa keeps staring up at the basking light, is this Normal ? :? She also has been waving her arms all weird like today... havent changed anything in her tank since she came home, with it.When I got her i got the box that was "Suppose" to have everything you need... Am currently waiting for the delivery of the reptisun10.0 fixture and bulb to arrive in the mail among a few other things.. trying to wait patiently but as this is my first one, and I already absolutely adore her, Im a little paranoid I guess

I caught Leeroy staring at his UVB light for a a few seconds after his eye got all messed up. It's the first time I've caught him doing this as he's usually half hidden, only his head showing, and staring at me. Arm waving though is pretty normal, my mom's does it every so often. If she keeps staring at the basking bulb though i'd assume it'd be like me or you staring at a light bulb or the sun and may cause eye damage after a while but i could be wrong.

The whole starring thing is normal I guess, I mean it's just something they tend to do.. think about it.. they live a few inches under some bright ass object (to them) must be an amazing addicting light. :p although it can be bad. A few times I caught my juvenile starring to the point where he wouldn't even blink if I wave my hand across his face.

Yeah, I guess the basking light could be hypnotizing to them...kinda like a campfire is to me

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
