Is this normal basking behavior?

Hello, I recently received a juvenile bearded dragon and he seems to be doing relatively well (is a little stressed due to the new environment). I noticed he was looking up towards his basking light with his eyes closed, and was wondering if it's normal basking behavior.

I posted a picture of it above. I don't think it looks like stargazing, but just want to be safe.

Sorry about that, here's the image. He also has been mostly hanging out on the basking spot, so is that regular as well?

Yeah that's just relaxing. It looks like he's enjoying his basking site. Stargazing looks odd and less controlled, sending their head back further in the air.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
