i recently switched my dragon to a bigger cage and his basking spot will reach 100 without my house air on and stays around 80 with it on and he was about 18-19 inches away from the uvb and heat light and i read that that was too far for him to get uvb so i put his basking rock on top of a small amazon prime box and put another one infront so he can easily climb to it and now hes about 12 inches away from both lights do you guys think this is good ?

The distance to the heat bulb doesn't really matter as long as the temps are correct but he needs to be around 8" away from the UVB. Most people mount the UVB fixture inside the cage.

thats how close he is in a 10g i guess ill just take him outside more

What size enclosure do you have? a 10g isn't a good size for any aged beardie. A 40 breeder can hold a juvi to adult comfortably. Also, you want to cover three sides of the enclosure so that the beardie isn't constantly seeing his reflection. And +1 on mounting the UVB inside the viv.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
