is this coloration or an issue?

HEY! It seems like I only post on here when I am worried or having a problem, but thanks so much in advance and hearing me out this time!

My bearded dragon's tail always has been a bit dark, but he just recently shed his lower half of his tail and its BLACK in a section, and the scales are outlined in black compared to the un-shed section.

I took alot of pictures to show you how his scales are fine and intact, just a strange color. I was worried about fungus or tail rot, but his tank is always super clean, should I give more baths? there is no shed left on his tail, so its not shed. the tip of his tail is fine and he is fat and lazy etc.

Hi there...he sure is a beautiful dragon ! I don't think it's anything serious, but you can put antibacterial cream on it just in case, then just keep an eye on it. Tail rot usually shrivels the tail so it's not only dark but also stringy + brittle looking, and nearby flesh might look red under the scales as it advances. So just watch for that type of change but he's probably going to be fine.
