I'm looking after my friend's friendly beardie for a couple of weeks while she's on holiday. Only comparing to mine, he seems a bit on the skinny side. He's just over a year old.
I've heard that a bath can hydrate and plump the skin a little but it's the second day so I'll let him settle before attempting a bath.
So far I have fed him 2x meals of rocket (aragula?) and pea shoots per day, a few calci worms and a waxworm treat cos I want him to like me! He did leave some of the rocket which suggests he's not starving or he'd eat it all up?
If anyone has an opinion I'd be grateful, I don't want to tell my friend she's doing a bad job but if I feed him the same as mine over the next couple of weeks and he gains a little weight I could point it out and suggest he needs a bit more than what she was giving before.
Also he's due for a shed so I hope that accounts for his dry/dull appearance and nothing else is wrong.
