That is pretty neat he loves his little island in his bath! At least he doesn't mind his baths then. Yes, the meds definitely dehydrate them so the baths will really help a lot. The meds should be fine, as long as they were dosed properly to his weight.
The head shaking could be nervousness but with calcium deficiencies, their neuromuscular functions are affected & they cannot always control their muscular functions. His calcium levels should be improving, so his shaking intermittently will be going away pretty soon.
At least the reptiworms are helping.
The shedding can also be affected sometimes when they are having nutritional issues. It should correct itself soon.
