is this a seminal plug?

this is Keef; he's almost 3 years old.

lately, i've been wondering if he really is a he, because his vent area is rather ambiguous lol...

today, he took care of some business in the bath, and i was hoping the off-white substance attached to the urate was a seminal plug, and not just mucus or something... because that would definitively mean he's a boy XD

any thoughts?

Females won't have seminal plugs. I only see one bump by the tail thus leading me to believe that you have a female and not a male.

i know that females won't have seminal plugs; that's why i was hoping that's what that was ...if it's not a seminal plug, what is it?

4'x2'x1.5' enclosure, ~95 hot and ~75 cold, zoo med reptisun, play sand, superworms/mealworms/waxworms and greens

he's been eating, pooping and behaving normally... he was just at the vet like a week ago and he checked out 100% healthy... and i know people say "ah! sand is terrible!", but his breeder assured me that sand is fine and encouraged it, and the authors of "The Bearded Dragon Manual" recommend sand

The temps are too cold. 100 to 105 is better. Sand really isnt good either are mealworms. Both can cause impaction. Of you still want to use them that is up to you but it can hurt your beardie I the long run. Also all those books are so out of date most of the info is bad.

his basking spot is 100 - 110; the warm end of the tank is 90 - 95... he's been on sand since i got him when he was 2 months old, and he's been eating mealworms in addition to the rest of his diet for over a year, and he hasn't had any problems at all... his vet determined that he is 100% healthy and approved of my husbandry

i'm not concerned that the additional matter in his droppings indicates something is wrong... i just want to know what it is lol
