Is this a normal throat pouch?

Bowser's neck pouch looks a little big today, and I wanted to make sure it looks normal? He pooped to day, had his veggies and butternut squash, 1 medium hornworm and about 15 small Dubia Roaches today so far. I read online that they sometimes store food in their throat pouches? Or is he just getting chonkie? I'm still not sure how old he is, I got him on Dec. 17th and they said he'd been there for about three weeks.
