That is perfectly normal, they do have that type of physiology & build. It isn't an impaction
though, that looks a lot different. Impaction can't always be seen, either, it depends on the
severity of it.
She looks a bit plump but not bad. Sometimes the females will become a little swollen if
they have a problem with an egg or if there is a prolapse.
