Is Steve Healthy?

Hiya guys! I'll get straight to the point.

I'm worried about my beardie, Steve. He doesn't drink that much and his eyes are sunken. His skin is also wrinkly, but when I placed him in a warm bath he wouldn't drink.
He's also not been doing the toilet much, even in the bath. However, I feel like I've been a bit neglectful of his feeding schedule (greens offered every day. Live food every 2-3 days. Multivitamins 2 days a week. Calcium 5 days a week. Whole boiled egg every second Saturday. Fresh water every day). I have not been keeping to this like I should be due to college and work, and it's something that I'm determined to change and have been doing so.
However, I'm confused because he's 18.8 inches long but weighs 637g! This concerns me due to his messy feeding schedule. I didn't think he would be massively underweight, but certainly nothing like that.
Lastly, I've read in several places that you should stay away from sand, but I use children's play sand. My mum and I thought that it would be fine since it's meant for children. What are your opinions? Is it possible that this could be causing some issues?

Edit: Behaviour wise, he's lazy but very interested in his surroundings. His eyes are bright and watchful and he likes to know what's going on.

He looks healthy to me! Looks like he is plenty hydrated and eats well, maybe to well at 637g, wow! They get their hydration from the foods they eat, greens supply a lot of water as do bugs.
I just weighed Peaches and she is 17.5" - 401g and she's quite healthy.

I agree. He looks to be in pretty good shape. Nice bright eyes and alert looking. Good yellow color to his beard and his body looks nice and full.

Thanks guys The little pads on top of his head are really squishy. Should they be firm? And do you think that he's overweight then? Bearing in mind that when I weighed him he had just been fed morioworms.

He doesn't look overweight to me. The pads on the top of the head are fat reserves so they tend to be a bit squishy, yes.

Just wondering how old Steve is ? He is a bit on the heavy side and you'll want to nip it in the bud to ward off possible obesity + bad health in the future. You can cut out the boiled egg altogether, that's a HUGE meal for a small lizard and probably supplies him with an entire weeks worth of calories for an inactive lizard. How many bugs does he eat per week, and does he eat his veggies ? Veggies should be the mainstay of his diet, and if you do offer egg you can scramble it, microwave for 1 minute with no oil and give him a couple of quarter sized pieces.

Steve is very handsome though.

I'm not entirely sure of his age. I got him as an adult from a friend's aunt and he was around...3 then. So I'd say he's between 5 and 7. The thing is, although his weight says that he's 637g, as I said, I feel I've been a bit neglectful as an owner. I don't understand how he can be overweight. I'm going to try him on another set of scales tomorrow to see if there's a problem in that department.
Sorry, I meant that the egg is scrambled with nothing added.
He gets dandelion leaves and despite days being missed quite often (although as said I'm fixing that. He now gets them daily) he just picks at them. He gets maybe 5 to 7 big leaves and eats 2 or 3, sometimes less. Insect wise, he gets either locusts or morioworms. In a sitting he'd get one tub of locusts (so around 9 locusts, I'd say) or a bundle of worms (normally around.... 15?). He gets insects 2 or 3 times a week.
So despite days being missed sometimes, he can be picky with fruits and vegetables. There are always leftovers.
