Is she shedding?

I just noticed that Madoka's right arm is really really light colored. She's over 2 years old, so I didn't think she could be shedding. Its just her right arm and nothing else. Here's some pics:

Again, its just her arm, nothing else is like this.

That's just a shed, nothing to worry about. They will shed for their entire life, just not as frequently as when they're young. It's quite common for them to shed in patches. My guy is shedding his nose, one arm, one leg, and the base of his tail at the moment.
