Is reptisun T5 HO 10.0 safe as the original

Hi, I was browsing around the Internet and came a cross a new smaller design of the reptisun. Plus it is stronger UVB then the original we all know of. Different inch tubes 22" is the smallest and up to 46". It says its great for beardies. With me a concern keeper and wanting the best overall for my gals and troops. Would it be a good buy for them and plus the tubes are cheaper then the original. 18" cost more then a 22" pretty cool right.
There is a lot of debate on the UVB light bulbs for sale and found the reptisun 10.0 to be the safe one til now? Let me know what you think and looking for the opinion of the big time experts here. Like the mods or even the admin should I go for it?

This remains to be seen since they're that new. Also, the bulb may be cheap, but you need a special fixture, which is not.

I get that the special fixture comes with a tube. So for a new beardie owner actually isn't to bad.
