So I put like construction paper in my bearded dragons tank because she hates seeing her reflection she gets so stressed the puffs up at herself and her stress marks are very dark and go up to her beard. The reason I took it out in the first place was because she was having growing problems but when I left for a week my mom took out the paper and she started to thrive and eat way more-but of course that was when I bought the heat emitter the new uvb and gave her new food. So my can paper release a gas when it gets hot and make her not grow or is paper just fine?
Is putting paper in the sides of the tank ok? Canithurtmybd?

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
