Every petstore is different. The PetSmart I work at tries our hardest to provide the best care possible under petsmarts standards. My only recommendation is to get your beardie the day of delivery. The habitats that we use aren't sufficient enough to provide proper heat temperatures. So the sooner you get your beardie after delivery, the better.
