Is my setup all good?

I would like to just say what i have in my bearded dragon enclosure and see what i could do better. I have two lights, one on the coolside and one on the warm side. For his basking spot the light is a Fluker's Basking Bulb Incandescent Reptile Lighting 100 watt. The basking decor piece is about 7 inches under the light and its 104 degrees at the basking spot. On the cool side i have a coil light that shines a blue light that gives off UVB. I put a UVB tester card under it and it said its giving UVB off high. For my substrate i have repticarpet that i clean every time he poops. for food i give him crickets daily and every monday and friday i dust them with calcium powder. i feed him collard greens an turnip greens with sweet peppers and occasionally fruits for salad. (non acidic) i also give him Fluker's Buffet Blend with the red pellets and dried squash and peans and oter things. I bathe him weekly. Thanks!

I know I am starting to sound like broken record on this issue but, here goes.

Those coil uvb bulbs are not fit for dragons because they operate on the wrong uvb frequency and are to weak. They can cause, eye infections and/or blindness, lethargy and, diminished appetite. Without a good source of uvb, you dragon cannot process the nutrients from his food.
I recommend a long tube type uvb like the Reptisun 10.0 T5 HO or an Arcadia 12%D3. These are as close as it gets (at this time) to what a dragon actually needs.

And the uvb and basking lights should both be on the basking spot not separated.
