Is my beardie sick?

Hey, I'm unsure if my new beardie is sick, stressed, adapting to its environment or is just healthy.
I'm not sure about his eyes either. Are they sunken in or are they normal?

Also, is his tail rotting? It doesn't look like it, it looks more like stress, but I don't want to take any chances.

I served him salad today, with a mealworm in the bottom to make him eat the salad, but he only ate the mealworm. He also doesn't seem dehydrated, but I haven't seem him touch his water bowl. He has pooped two times this week. And his activity level is weird, as during the morning he lays on his stomach and basks, but in the afternoon he is scratching his tank and jumping from log to log.

The most important thing in that tank is the basking temps and the UVB------------ where is the UVB and what is it ? Brand and bulb- next what are his basking temps and how are you taking them? From the pic of what I see is it looks like its gonna shed -- please post a pic of the tip of tail --- if he is eating his greens and you are washing them before serving then he will get moisture there the best way to tell is thru the poop -- his poop should be firm moist and dark the urate should be firm moist and white --- not chalky or dry------------ that is the best way to tell -- you can give him a soak in a bath see if he will drink or by syringe little at a time so doesnt aspirate-- also gut loading the feeder insect w/ carrots also helps --- the eyes look normal-- that UVB looks like its being blocked and he looks like hes trying to get to it

He is in the basking area right now, but I think the UVB lighting is too close to him, as he is closing his eyes. I'm thinking of buying a Thermopro, as I still have some money left. I'm unsure about the UVB brand though, as the breeder didn't specify it.
I'm sure that the basking temperatures are right, as when he is basking he always opens his mouth, which I read that bearded dragons do this when they reach the right temperature, but I will still consider buying ThermoPro to measure the temperature and humidity.
His poop is firm, moist and dark as well as the urate.

I think it's just stress, as when I left the room and came back, he was drinking water from his water bowl and eating a few veggies.
My guess is that I should leave him alone for a few hours, so he can get more comfortable with his new home.

The best UVB is the Reptisun 10.0 bulb and either a T 8 or a T 5 --- that is what is recommended on the forum and if he was just put into the new tank he will go thru relocation stress

Hello,

He is a nice looking boy there, a leatherback. His eyes don't look sunken in at all, in the
pictures anyway. It does take them a little bit to become adjusted to a new home though!
I don't think his tail looks like it has any infection. It is darker in color but it does look like
it is going to be shedding soon though.
Which brand of UVB are you using currently? If he is closing his eyes or squinting, then
it may be the light. What kind of basking light are you using for him?
