It's frustrating that when the lights are on, if I leave him in his tank, he goes into his hide and sleeps anyway. If I take him out of the tank and let him "play" with his reflection he gets a little energy haha. I might have to find something solid to elevate his basking spot instead of something he can sleep under during the day

Spyros poops have gone back to normal. He is still only eating every couple of days, but is now eating more insects than veggies or pellets. He is also much more active. I think this was his way of partially brumating. Maybe he will do it again at some point, but right now I'm back to having a healthy, happy dragon! Thanks for all of your advice!!

That's good news! Some of them don't go into full brumations so it may have just been a slowdown which is fine. I'm glad to hear he's back to his old self =)
