Hi,
Shedding isn't a fun thing for a beardie, it usually itching and uncomfortable. Since this part of the head has been grey for awhile some of the things that you can do are: Do not try to help it along by pulling the skin once it begins to tear, give baths to your beardie and use a soft bristle tooth brush. You can also use olive oil, or coconut oil on the skin that is going to shed soon. This should sped up the process of the shedding on that stubborn skin...

Thanks for the advice, I just worry that it isn't shedding, nacho is my first reptile. So when something like this happens I get a little nervous ya know?

I am a hundred percent sure that is shedding!!!! Rub a soft toothbrush on the grey skin and some olive oil.One morning you will wake up and the skin will be loose.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
